Preliminary Evaluation
During our preliminary evaluation, a Centurion Contents Restoration representative will meet with the insurance adjuster and/or insurer to assess the damage to all impacted contents. This allows us to evaluate and determine which items can and cannot be salvaged.

Pack-out & Inventory

We take the utmost care early on to track, transport, and store belongings while they’re with us. It doesn’t just mean peace of mind for you and your customers—it also allows for a more seamless pack-out and pack-back.
Items that are suitable for cleaning and restoration are thoroughly inventoried by room with overview photographs of each affected room taken. Items are then carefully packed using new packaging materials, professionally loaded, and transported to our facility for processing or into a storage pod placed on your property.

On-site Storage and/or Cleaning
When you need on-site storage for a client, Centurion Contents Restoration will bring our usual attentiveness and care to the job. We’ll start by doing a thorough assessment of items to determine if they can be saved and restored. Our specialists will also keep track of where individual belongings originated from, for greater ease during the pack-back phase.
Then, we’ll carefully pack items into on-site storage containers, inventorying each piece to ensure we know where everything is located. It means that when the space is ready for use again, our team can quickly and conveniently return belongings to their original locations.
As part of Centurion Contents Restoration contents damage services, our team can come on-site to remediate or repair the assets inside a property. This is a great option for situations where a building has minimal structural damage and can still be secured after a catastrophe. We bring the right restoration technicians on-site to work on these materials while a home or business is being remediated.
Storage
Items not stored onsite are housed at our large climate-controlled warehouse with 24-hour onsite security and surveillance.
After an item completes the cleaning process, it is safely stored until the customer schedules their pack-back.
As Centurion Contents Restoration certified employees are packing up your contents, they’ll ensure items are packed safely securely, utilizing packing material for safe transport and storage.
Pack-back
The pack-back process is essentially the reversal of the pack-out process and occurs once a property is restored and ready for use again. To keep the process moving smoothly and on schedule, we ask that our customers notify us at least two weeks prior to the completion of work or move-in date, so we can coordinate accordingly.
As often as possible, the same crew that packed-out the job completes the pack-back as well. Since each item has been meticulously cataloged with photo documentation, we ensure that every item is returned to its specific location in a particular home or property. After all the contents are back in place, we discard all packing materials and clean our way out of the property.
